Tenttien ja uusintatenttien ajankohdat

The course can be completed in two different ways:
A) Partial exams (recommended)
B) Full exam

A) There are two partial exams (part 1, Geometry and Vector Algebra, and part 2, Functions and Matrices). The first exam will be held on dd.mm., and the second on dd.mm. A student has to complete and submit at least 40% of the exercises to be able to attend the partial exams. The partial exams can be taken only on these given dates, with no chance of a reattempt.

B) The full exam will cover the contents of the whole course, and it can be taken on the following dates:
Attempt 1: dd.mm. (only if you have a grade of 0)
Attempt 2: dd.mm. (only if you have a grade of 0, or if you have a passed grade that you want to improve)
A student has to complete and submit at least 40% of the exercises to be able to attend the full exam.

Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet

The course can be completed in two different ways:
A) Two partial exams (recommended)
B) Full exam

For the completion method A), the final grade is based on both partial exams. In addition, a student has to get at least 40% of the maximum points in each partial exam. To participate in partial exams, a student must additionally have completed and submitted at least 40% of the exercises.

Grade 0: if a student has completed and submitted at least 40% of the exercises, but does not pass the course with partial exams, he/she is given a grade of 0. A grade of 0 or higher is required to sign up for the full exam (of method B) in Pakki.

For the completion method B), the final grade is based on the full exam that covers the material of the entire course. To participate in a full exam, a student must have a grade of 0 (i.e. he/she must have completed and submitted at least 40% of the exercises) or higher.
