• can identify a pedagogical development need in their own context.
• can plan, monitor and evaluate the process of their development work as a team.
• apply contemporary teaching and facilitation methodologies in implementing the development work

Sisältö (Opintojakso)

The stages of the development work:
1. Identifying a development need in your work environment
2. Studying relevant literature to understand the phenomenon you wish to develop.
3. Making a plan
4. Presenting the plan at TAMK
5. Implementing the plan in Brazil
6. Documenting the implementation and presenting the results
