The student knows how to use social networking, blog publishing, microblogging services to broadcast and to communicate with targeted audiences. (S)he is also able to establish and moderate online discussion groups and wikis for knowledge and community building.

This course is done fully online. We have a weekly contact session where we introduce new ideas and check the progress of students.

Attendance is low, but over 50% of tasks are returned. The quality of input is below average. Some assignments miss their deadline. Peer to peer feedback is below average. The student grasps the subjects on a basic level.
