Water Day -project (3 op)

Osaamistavoitteet (Opintojakso)

Students will organize and implement a public event that is related to the World Water Day. After completing this project work, students know how to organize and implement a public event of their own field of subject. The project is also a great opportunity for networking.

Planning, organizing and implementing an event, evaluation and feedback on the event.

The course is primarily for second year students. No prerequisities.

Tapahtuma 3rd International Forum on CSR, Sustainability and Circular Economy, TAMK , 18.3.2020, liitetty maailman vesipäivään.

Case-projektit voivat olla työelämälähtöisiä. Tapahtumajärjestelyyn osallistuminen, verkokstoituminen eri sidosryhmien kanssa.

Water Day is celebrated every year on 22 March. Celebration of the World Water Day is a traditional event at TAMK that Environmental Engineering students have organized.

Arviointikriteerit - hyväksytty/hylätty (Ei käytössä, kts Opintojakson Arviointikriteerit ylempänä)

Qualifications for the grade pass the team (and individual team members):
- The team collectively agrees on the rules and takes care that all group members follow them during the project.
- The project team agrees the roles for the team members and plans a project schedule.
- Time and work load allocation is systematically followed and reported during the project.
- Each group member works for accomplishing the project objectives together with stakeholders.
- Team members participate actively in all phases of the project and respect others' opinions and
competences.
- The team evaluates the project outcome by self and peer evaluations.

The grade failed may be obtained for
- the team has not had any documented meetings
- the team has not evaluated the process and outcome of the project
- participation and activities during the course not fulfilled (posters, presentations or organizing activities for the event not done)
