Objectives (course unit)
The student:
- is able to work in a work community and enhance the wellbeing of himself/herself
- knows how to utilize ICT in his/her tasks
- is able to work as a specialist or a supervisor of a workgroup and make use of the skills and knowledge learnt in TAMK
- is able to create personal working life contacts and act in different networks
- is able to analyse his/her work and the functions of the organization and recognize needs of development and report of them

Working in an organization, planning, follow up and reporting of one´s own work, training for specialist and foreman tasks, ICT use in own work, developing of working life contacts
