User Experience Design Project 1 (5 op)

Osaamistavoitteet (Opintojakso)

Student is able to
- implement user experience design production projects
- analyse their know how, used production techniques and outcomes
- collaborate in an international student team
- pay attention to the needs of customers and network
Student knows the possibilities of sustainable production methods.

Sisältö (Opintojakso)

- Planning and implementing an indivual or collaborative production project
- Producing a real life production work using resources available
- Networking

Aika ja paikka

A common kick-off for all the projects 3.10. 10-12. Final presentations 17.12. 2019

InnoEvent 4.-8.11.2019 may also be part of this course. Reserve the whole week for the event.

Tenttien ja uusintatenttien ajankohdat

No tests, but e.g. project report is used to evalaute the work.

Arviointimenetelmät ja arvioinnin perusteet

Each student should have a tutor teacher. The tutor teacher accepts the project plan and learning goals and evaluates the learning in the end of the project together with the student. The students should calculate working hours and write a report about the project.

In this course the students work mainly independently and with the student team. Reserve around 100 hours for independent work.

Lisätietoja opiskelijoille

In this course the student works in a project and apply and practice user experience design methods in it. All the projects should have a project plan in the beginning.
The students should have basic knowledge on user experience design.
