Objectives (course unit)

The students are able to analyze different communication situations and learn about theories of cognitive psychology and communication in an international student team.

Content (course unit)

Gestalt theories, psychology of perception, colour theory, typography, sustainable development.

Prerequisites (course unit)

Basics of the subject.

Location and time

Classroom Ada, on Mondays, during period three. Some lectures may vary based on the lecturers schedule.

The grades are based on presence and the course task, learning diary.

Teaching methods

The course is a theoretical view into visual design. The lectures deal with colour, gestalt principles and design principles.
