- knows the uses of industrial side products as raw materials
- knows the processes to manage industrial side-products
- knows the main recycling industries and companies
- is introduced to an innovative new uses and methods of recycling and efficient use of materials

Exam is open in an electronic examination system EXAM between 29th of November and 20th of December.

Grading is based on the assignments (20 points), group work (20 points) and exam (20 points).
Class participation can affect grading positively or negatively.

The student has not participated the learning process in a planned way and / or reached the required level of knowledge during the course. Minimum 20 points is required to pass the course.

Student manages the assigned tasks under supervision. The student demonstrates weak knowledge in the exam and/or some of the course assignments are missing or show narrow or incomplete understanding of the topics.

Student is able to combine information from different sources, make conclusions and work responsibly. The student demonstrates great knowledge in the exam and / or the assignments show good understanding of of the topics.

Student is able to combine information from different sources, make excellent conclusions of various topics.
