Strat of Advanced Applied Fine Art course is Thursday 27.9. at 10 in classroom 30014 (3. floor). Kick Off day of academic year 2018-19 is on Monday 27.8.2018 at 12 in Kino.

Preliminary knowledge: Video shooting and editing skills (Adobe Premiere)

IMPLEMTATION IN AUTUMN 2018

In the course students get an introduction to 360° video shooting and virtual reality techniques. Based to this rough knowledge students will make plans, tests and sketches for fine art projects for TAMK´s Virtual Medicine innovative project.

The focus in the course is how so called autonomous art could be/come as applied art? What are prerequisites for that?

• Introduction to 360° video shooting, sound recording and other virtual reality techniques; Samsung Gear 360-, OZO- and Insta360 -cameras (Holm & Sarkki)

• Introduction to edit material in Adobe´s applications (Sarkki, classroom 30015)

• Assignment 1: Tests with Samsung Gear 360 camera
