Course Implementation, mandatory sessions, exams and re-exams, Assignment Deadlines etc., will be dealt on this meeting, therefore the Introduction Session needs to be participated.
Mandatory sessions for Interview Task and workshop, and visiting lecturers' sessions.

Activity and Daily Tasks 20%, and Assignments, Exam and Participation on Guest Lecturer’s Sessions 80%

Exam and feedback session during the week after Spring holiday.

To pass the course a student needs to pass the Assignments and the exam:
Assignments, 2 Assignments, instructed in Tabula, compulsory for everyone to pass the course, graded:
1. Interview Assignment (pair work) instructed in Tabula, compulsory for everyone, includes participation to the Workshop and presentation. Check-up meeting for the progress of this Assignment is mandatory.
Interview Assignment (pair work) includes participation to the Workshop and presentation.
2. Group work Assignment and Presentation, compulsory for everyone.
Final Exam, (in paper), compulsory for everyone.
Daily Tasks, instructed on the lecture, voluntary, graded. Participants need to be named in the delivery. Daily tasks affect positively to your grading.
Assignments and Tasks will be returned to Tabula according to the schedule. URKUND plagiation protection program will be used in Tabula.
Exam informed in Exams and Re-exams.

Student understands the purpose of public administration from the point of both society and individual, importance of administrative processes and the basic principles of good administration, and he/she is able to find information to be applied. Student is able to define the juridical status of an individual and principles of jurisdiction. Student knows the environmental administration sources concerning national and European administration. Student knows the principles of public participation and is able to apply some of them in environmental cases.
Student understands the importance of group work and treating group members in a constructive manner. She/He partly understands the importance of meeting deadlines and participating the arranged opportunities to meet Guest Lecturers of the course.
Student is able to present his/her own questions concerning the public administration and public participation.
The student knows some benefits of participatory methods and some methods, but is not able to connect the purpose of the process and the choice of methods in an analytical way.
Assignment contents and structure
Student is able to deliver the Assignments mainly following the instructions given, and she/he is able to return the assignments as per scheduled. Student is able to express her/his thoughts concerning Public Administration and Participation topics using some concepts of the topic in English, and student understands the meaning of producing the content of assignments by herself/himself; in other words, the documents produced contain student’s own thoughts and opinions on the given topic. Student is mainly able to follow the TAMK Reporting Guide instructions.
