- write songs invidually and in co-write sessions
- work as a member of a international team
- divide roles in co-write sessions (ie.topliner,lyricist and tracker)

Meetings (agreed 20.9)
1) 20.9 at 15.15-18.00 orientation, introductions, agreeing implementation, setting first teams and starting the writing
*) Music and Media 5.-8.10.2016 www.musiikkimedia.fi (recommended, optional)
2) 11.10 at 15.15-18.00 Working with first leads
3) 8.11 Workshop at 15.15-20.00: Working with first leads from publishers with help of Johannes Naukkarinen
4) 14.11 Workshop/Co-write session at 10-20 (Patric Sarin). NOTE! These are really important days and everybody needed at the camp.
5) 15.11 Workshop/Co-write session at 9-20 (Patric Sarin). NOTE! These are really important days and everybody needed at the camp.
6) 22.11 Workshop/at 15.15-20.00:Working with song camp songs continues with help of Johannes Naukkarinen
7) 21.12 at 15-19/ending session (assessment, feedback etc.)

NOTE! Students must have prior experience in song writing before entering this course.

Arviointikriteerit - tyydyttävä (1-2) (Ei käytössä, kts Opintojakson Arviointikriteerit ylempänä)

1) Two songs made with co-write method (and following the leads) during the course, scale 0-5/song (each song weight 40% in final course grade)
2) 1-2 A4 pages report how each song was made and produced (pass/fail)
3) Academic essay 500-1000 words, scale 0-5 (20% weight in final course grade)
4) Active participation in at least 70% of contact teaching sessions (pass/fail). If absent more than 30%, you have to make more songs+report to compensate.
Total result in a scale of 0-5 is calculated from these results.
