Opiskelija
- hallitsee sosiaalialan toimintaympäristön ja palvelujärjestelmän ja tunnistaa niiden kehittämisen kohteet
- hallitsee sosiaalialan työtä ohjaavan keskeisen lainsäädännön sekä hallinnolliset periaatteet
- osaa kriittisesti analysoida yhteiskunnallisia ja globaaleja muutoksia sekä ennakoida niiden sosiaalisia vaikutuksia
- osaa hyödyntää ennakointitietoja ja – menetelmiä uudistuvien hyvinvointipalvelujen suunnittelussa ja kehittämisessä
