The students will be able to
• familiarize themselves with the desired line of business and develop the relevant competence for it
• acquire and apply the most current know-how and expertise of the line of business they specialize in.
• efficiently build their networks with other operators within the specialized line of business.

What is the line of business I want to develop myself in order to be among the top entrepreneurs?
How do I find the most recent knowledge of my line and how do I apply that in my business?
How do I consistently keep myself updated on the most recent developments in this line of business?
How and where do I build my networks with the operators of my field in the most efficient manner?

Passed
The student shows via theory and practice that as a team entrepreneur the student has the needed expertise in the specialized line of business.

Failed
The student shows no credible evidence that they have the needed expertise in the specialized line of business.

Tenttejä ei ole. Osaaminen näytetään muin tavoin, esimerkiksi toimeksiantoja suorittamalla. Valmentaja / opettaja kertoo tarkemmin kurssin edetessä.

Opiskelumuodot ja opetusmenetelmät

Proakateamialla ei juurikaan ole perinteisiä luentoja tai tenttejä. Oppimistapoja ja -tilanteita ovat esimerkiksi pajat (alustukset, dialogi, työpajatyöskentely, itsenäinen opiskelu), kirjallisuus, kirjoittaminen ja julkaiseminen, asiantuntijaluennot ja muu tiedonhankinta, projektityöskentely, seminaarit, solut ja yhteiset tapahtumat. Oppiminen kytkeytyy liiketoimintaprojekteihin.

Kirjallisuusvinkkejä saa mm. valmentajilta, opettajilta ja toisilta tiimiyrittäjiltä.

Opiskelijan ajankäyttö ja kuormitus

1 op = 27 h opiskelijat työtä. Työtunnit kirjataan HOPSiin.

Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat

Neuvoteltava valmentajan/opettajan kanssa.

Contens of the studies are connected with real life business projects' needs.

Proakatemian opintojaksot on integroitu tiimiyrityksen toimintaan. Yksittäisten opintojaksojen suorittaminen opetussuunnitelmasta ei ole mahdollista ilman erityisjärjestelyjä.

Approved
The student has demonstrated that he/she comprehends the main concepts of the topic in the context of his/her team enterprise. He/she has applied them in practice together with other team entrepreneurs. The student operates according to the chosen values and procedures.

Failed
The student knows the concepts only superficially or is not able to apply them in practice in his/her team enterprise. The student does not operate according to the chosen values and procedures.
