Objectives (course unit)

The students understand the objectives and principles of project management.
The students are able to use project management terminology appropriately.
The students are able to plan projects from the perspective of the definition of objectives, organization, cost, schedule and risk management.
The students are able to work in projects as members of the project organization.

Content (course unit)

Preparation and launching of the project.
Project outlines and specification of objectives.
Division of project work and project evaluation workloads.
The project organization, project staging and milestones and the project schedule planning.
The profitability of the project and follow-up.
The change management, risks and nature of the project work.
The project communication and controlled project closing.
