The student is able to examine, observe and interpret their living environment and visual image culture critically. The student is able to convey observations and interpretations through photographing. Student is able to collaborate in an international student team.

The student learns the basic digital technology of photography and creates a photographic work of art. Sustainable development.

- Start of the course: aim, content, timetable, evaluation and a feedback of the course.
- (Av-kiosk practice), borrowing of DSLR-cameras
- Control of the camera
- Saving files in to the server / Google Drive / USB-sticks
- Photo exercise 1 (A self portrait, concentrate to an ambient light and a depth of field)
- A brief for the main exercise of the course: Sketch for an Art Work

- Downloading of files
- Short presentation to the Photoshop and Bridge applications
- Feedback of the exercise 1
- Photo exercise 2 (A milieu portrait of a friend)
