Objectives (course unit)

The Student
-will be familiar with the manufacturing methods of different materials and their characteristics
-will be able to choose materials for different applications

Polymers, metals, ceramics and glasses, composites, biomaterials,
nanomaterials

Prerequisites (course unit)

Inorganic chemistry, Organic chemistry, Physical chemistry

Final exam at the end of the course (the exact time will be announced later). 1st and 2nd retakes enroll on TenttiWilho .

Based on the assessment exam (60%) , presentations ( 20%) and laboratory work (20 %).
