To familiarise the student with the main industrial processes and their basic computer control systems.
Sisältö (Opintojakso)
The basic principles of fluid, mass and heat transfer, unit operations and some chemical industrial processes. Basic control ideas and analysis, examples of technical and other control systems, basics of computer control and instrumentation. Introduction to robotics and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Sisällön jaksotus
The basic principles of fluid, mass and heat transfer, unit operations and some chemical industrial processes. Basic control ideas and analysis, examples of technical and other control systems, basics of computer control and instrumentation. Introduction to robotics and Programmable Logic Controllers. The basic principles of automated electronics assembly process: stencil printing, assembly, mounting, depaneling, cleaning and testing. Equipments used in the electronics manufacturing processes.
