Osaamistavoitteet
Students from Iceland, Sweden, Estonia, Denmark and Finland with different cultural backgrounds work together in mixed groups throughout the exchange week in order to learn from and get to know each other.
The cooperation creates understanding and appreciation of other Nordic and Baltic countries and cultures.
As a result of the activities during the intensive study week, the knowledge and awareness of circular economy technologies will increase.
Sisältö
The purpose of this mobility project is to enable engineering students to pay visits to other Nordic and Baltic countries.
As a pre-task, students give a presentation in national groups on circular economy issues in their respective home countries.
Lectures on circular economy technologies are given to the students and study visits to both large smaller technical facilities are made in order to put theory into practice.
The project makes it possible to:
(1.) study in depth and discuss the theory of circular economy systems and
(2.) make excursions to technical facilities in order to compare good practices and critically analyse the different circular economy technologies being used.
After the intensive study week, students hand in 2 reports:
- a “Daily travel diary” and
- a “Scientific report” on the issues discussed during the study week.
