Osaamistavoitteet
After completing the course students know the main elements and levels of production planning and control in the manufacturing industry. They recognize different methods of production control, can analyze the effect of the methods, and know how to apply them into practice. Students understand the role of factory simulation and production capacity calculations in production planning and development as well as the possibilities offered by information systems intended for production planning and control.
