- improve their skills in planning and supervising play, activities and non-formal education of diverse children and adolescents of different ages
- improve their skills in planning, carrying out and assessing social rehabilitation in cooperation with families and other related parties
- adopt an enpowering and solution-focused point of view in helping the families
- are familiar with the basic concepts of youth and disability research
