Objectives

Students master the process of marketing planning and know how to implement a marketing research. They master general principles and methods of research and methods and tools for collecting and analysing research material. They know how to use their research know-how for the benefit of creating and maintaining customer relationships. They know how to complete market analyses on new foreign market areas on the basis of second hand information.
