Objectives
The students learn the methods of real estate surveying techniques. They become familiar with the real estate authority surveying and legal surveys. The students learn precise levelling and the total station surveying with a field computer as well as how to manage CAD drawings. They will practice with indoor modelling software. The course also covers façade surveying and special surveying such as how to create cross-section drawing of a house. Trigonometric levelling and how to measure x, y and z coordinates of an unapproachable point. The basics of satellite positioning.
