Objectives

The students acquire the skills needed in order to function effectively in meetings and negotiations. They become familiar with the various meeting documents and are able to act as a secretary or chairperson.

Content

Steps and progress of meetings and negotiations. Notice of a meeting and minutes. Strategies of negotiations, body language, interaction and influencing.
