Objective of course
Students learn the historic development stages and current stage of public administration. The student learns the basic concepts, rules and principles of administrative law as well as the norms regulating administrative organisation, administrative procedure and administrative jurisdiction issues. They know the basics of good administration and the regulations concerning institution of proceedings, processing, decision making, notification and enforcement in administrative matters. Students can apply administrative law norms and analyse and solve administrative law issues.
