Objective of course
The student has a general view on the basic concepts and principles of labour law and the norms regulating employment contracts, collective labour agreements, occupational safety, working hours and annual leaves. He/she also knows the key concepts and principles of official law and the regulation of the status of officials. The student can apply norms of labour and official law and analyse and solve related legal problems.

- Basic concepts and principles of labour law
- Employment contract
- Regulation of cooperation, equality and discrimination in working life
- Collective labour legislation: collective labour agreement and collective bargaining agreement system
- Working hours and annual leave protection
- Social human and fundamental rights
- Employer´s obligation to insure against key social risks: parenthood, illness, incapacity for work, old age
- Official´s rights, liabilities and duties
