Objective of course
The student learns the basic concepts and principles of real property and environmental law. The student has a general view on real property law norms regulating property sale and purchase and specific real property assignment types (exchange, donation, forced sale), system of environmental division of real estate and registration of ownership (registration of title to property). The student also knows the environmental law norms restricting real property use and regulating the planning of land use, construction, use of natural resources, nature conservation and environmental protection. The student can apply the norms of real property and environmental law and analyse and solve related problems.

Course contents
- Sale, exchange, donation and other real property assignment types
- Contract of real property sale and purchase, its contents, rights and obligations of contracting parties, defect in object of purchase and its consequences
- Rent on land
- Real estate information system: registration system and procedure, registration of title to property
- Property formation and rights to coercive measures
- Land use planning and construction
- Prevention of pollution
- Control of use of environmental resources and nature conservation
- Protection of cultural environment
