Objective of course
The student has a general view on the concepts and principles of family and inheritance law and the norms regulating family relations, descensing of property, legal status of children and incapacity issues. The student knows the order of succession, liquidation and estate distribution procedure as well as the key regulation related to last will and testament. The student can apply norms of family and inheritance law and analyse and solve related problems.
