- acquisition of information about social welfare legislation via the internet and other virtual media
- national and international legislation, EU law and the government official sources
- basic principles of law and their emphasis in social welfare and health care
- essential social human rights and the national social rights in legislation
- laws structuring the social welfare and health care
- administrative process, principle of publicity and legal confidentiality, involuntary actions
