The student
- deepens his/her understanding of holistic functional ability
- knows the theoretical bases for methods of case management
- knows the diverse client process phases and recognises service needs
- can make social and health care plans for clients together with clients and other actors
- can plan and implement network meetings
- can recognise case management practices and different service systems from clients´ viewpoint
- can search for information on diverse social and health care services and supplementary benefits in client situations using diverse information sources
