Type of the course: compulsory

Goal:

The student forms a general view on the development of municipal self-government, basic concepts of municipal law, as well as the principles and norms which govern the municipal self-government, an individual's status and rights as a member of municipality. The students are able to apply municipal law norms and to analyse and solve problems under the municipal law.
