Objectives

Opiskelija tutustuu eri alueiden/maiden tapa- ja ruokakulttuureihin. Hän laajentaa tietojaan löytääkseen eri alueille yhteisiä työtapoja ja -menetelmiä sekä ymmärtää kulttuurikohtaiset erot. Opiskelija ymmärtää eri alueiden matkailuvetovoimatekijät.
