Objectives

This course studies the four basic sections of insolvency law: execution, bankruptcy, reorganisation of company, and private persons’ debt arrangement. Additionally, the questions of civil procedural law are discussed.

Students
- know basic concepts, rules and principles of the different types of insolvency procedures
- know the creditor’s legal remedies when the debtor is insolvent
- know the debtor’s possibilities to improve the poor financial situation caused by insolvency

Payment of the debt through execution and bankruptcy?
Insolvent debtors and reorganisation of company or private persons’ debt arrangement?

2. year studies or similar skills and knowledge.
