-can tell about the company and its products/services to customers and other interest groups
-can negotiate with diverse interest groups in English both personally and by telephone
-know international work and business practices and can use English orally and in writing in a culturally appropriate manner
Course contents
Concepts and vocabulary of their own professional field in English, typical communication situations of the professional field, telephone phrases, small talk
Teaching methods
Independent work and experiential and cooperative contact teaching aiming at authentic language use situations.
Assessment methods
Active participation in the planning of their own learning and work forms of the course, written and oral assignments and self-evaluation. Examination and/or language portfolio compiled during the course.
