Objective of course
Students will know the actions and services of different kinds of travel agencies, domestic and international sea and rail networks, their price systems as well as the existing package tour production. Students are also familiarised with the basics of business travel activities and they will be able to work as independent specialists in travelling departments of companies.

- principles of customer service
- compilation and pricing of travel packages
- production of package tours
- diverse information and reservation systems
- work trips and business travelling
- information acquisition channels on travel agency, transport, accommodation and programme services
