Osaamistavoitteet

After the course, the students will are able to

1. define phases of a project
2. create a work breakdown structure (WBS) and project schedule
3. write a project plan
4. implement a project

The course follows principles stated in the project management quality standard ISO 10006.

A real project will be planned during the course and eventually implemented at a later stage, in conjunction with another course.
