Students
promote development of competence and competence management models that respond to the needs of the organisation and support the personnel´s wellbeing
master the connection methods of learning practices, operational development and strategic objectives and can apply them in their work in a target-oriented and persistent manner
can lead change processes that support development of the personnel´s competence and economical and influential service processes as well as emergence of client oriented service management
recognise their own strengths and development needs in managerial duties and gain tools for development of their management skills and work communities
understand the meaning of human resource management as a competitive factor
