Objective of course
Students know the structure of the global business environment and the main global operators. They know EU as a business area. Students understand the ethical issues as well as societal responsibility issues connected with the international business activities of an enterprise. They master special knowledge required by the international business environment concerning contracts, logistics etc. They have personal skills required to do business in global business community.

Course contents
- structure of the global economy and its main operators
- EU as a business area, competition laws
- special issues of international business: logistics, contracts, societal responsibility and good corporate governance of an enterprise, ethical issues
- personal skills: negotiations, business conduct
