Osaamistavoitteet

This course offers international business students an opportunity to work on real-life development projects with Finnish organizations. By focusing on the integration of international talent into the local workforce, students gain valuable insights, professional networks, and practical experience that support their career paths in Finland.

After completing the course, the student will be able to:
1. Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to connect with the needs of Finnish organizations through a practical development project
​2. Identify real life opportunities and challenges in working with international talents in Finnish organizations​
3. Contribute to industry practices and attitudes towards international talents​search opportunities for practical training.​
