Objective of the course
The student learns about tools and techiniques that are suitable for client work
The student is able to explore visual art as a tool for self-expression and co-operation
The student is able to choose and use different kind of creative methods in social work context
The student learns the basics of community art
The student is able to analyze and discuss visual art and methods

Teaching methods
Visual art methods, individual and group exercises, lectures and group discussions, writing a workshop plan an a diary
study visits
Assessment
Active participation in the lectures and study visits. Making the exercises and writing the diary.
