Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Pass
The student recognizes his own strengths and skills, and knows how to verify them through practical examples. The student also recognizes in which work tasks his/her skills could flourish. The student understands the importance of continuous learning and recognizes the features of future working life. The student knows how to build a flexible competence identity for himself/herself.

Fail
The above mentioned criteria are not met.
