Online socialisation: to get to know each other better, to be able to work more effectively together.

Define a strategy to introduce in the course units of IPB active learning and innovation tools.
Setup a basis for commitment for towards change.
Identify the changes that occurred and at what level.
Identify and understand the students and the co-workers’ perceptions regarding the changes.
Analyse the impact that those perceived changes had on students and teachers’ motivations and performances.
Build a chronogram to visualize future steps until the end of the process.
Build a concept for your vision of an ideal educator/teacher/lecturer/coach;
To be self-conscious on what can be improved in yourself – your skills your limitations – as a part of the context;
To recognize the opportunities that one faces and how to take the best advantage of the circumstances;
To identify the threats that one may face along the process and how to overcome them;
Revisit one’s vision - adjust and adapt – make it possible yet challenging.
