Objectives

Students
-know the general regulations of Tampere University of Applied Sciences
-are familiar with their study environment
-know how to use ICT
-can communicate understandably in interaction situations and write structurally and convincingly
-know the service structure of social welfare and health care system, operating principles and ways of providing services
-maintain their own personal study plan and actively follow their own learning and growth into expertise
-evaluate and develop their skills and learning methods

-regulations and mode of actions
-study skills
-the service structure of social welfare and health care system
-communication in diverse working life situations
-writing formal text
-instructions for report writing at TAMK

Assessment criteria, pass/fail

Pass:
-can search for information as instructioned
-can write formal text related to the own field
-participates in the teaching and makes the given tasks

Fail:
-does not participate in the teaching
-does not make given tasks acceptably
