Objectives
Main objectives:
-Describing the process of organisational change from multiple theoretical vantage points
-Identifying what drives organisational change and identifying problems associated with organisational change
-Improving the students' ability to deal with and implement organisational change, changes are critically examined
-Identifying root causes of conflict situations and taking action accordingly
-Adapthing students' behaviour in accordance with the nature of a conflict situation
Content
The students gain a better understanding of the challenges and success connected with initiating and executing major changes within organisations.
