Objectives

The students understand the significance of project work in the actions and development of an organisation

· The students are able to model the project activities of an organisation as processes and can decipher other similar descriptions

· The students understand the significance of project management and project model as a part of the management system of an organisation

· The students have the necessary skills required to work in different roles in a project organisation

· The students have an understanding of the connections between project work, project portfolio and organisation’s strategy

· The students can take an active part in developing an organisation’s project culture and actions

· The students have the skills to take part in the practical development and management of project work as it corresponds to an organisation’s strategy
