Objectives

The student learns to understand consumer behaviour. The student pictures the phases of buying decision process and the internal, situational and external factors related to it. The student is able to apply her knowledge in business planning process.

Content

Development of the conception of a consumer, meaning to the business, levels of decision making, buying decision process, related internal factors, related buying situation factors, related external factors.
