Objectives
The students understand the handling processes of customer demands and are able to participate in them in different roles: customer, expert on the function being supported, project manager, cost evaluator, producer and description writer.

Recognising and prioritisation of the supported processes. Evaluating the current situation. Setting goals, dividing and outlining the work. Describing and analysing work processes. Describing functionalities in different leves. Describing functionalities widely in an understandable form. Methods for collecting and handling demands. Organising the collection of further development needs.
