Knowing how the student well-being works as a whole and what are the role and tasks of the guidance counsellor and being able to manage/coordinate counselling in the organization.
Having the skills required to be an expert on counselling in e.g. curriculum work and to support teachers and other parties in guidance.
Understanding the comprehensive design of guidance and being an expert in creating, evaluating and developing guidance plans.
