Description
Ammatillinen opettajankoulutus on ammattikorkeakoulujen ja ammatillisten oppilaitosten opettajille ja opettajiksi aikoville tarkoitettua koulutusta. Se antaa opettajan pedagogisen kelpoisuuden ammatillisen koulutuksen lisäksi myös yleissivistäviin oppilaitoksiin ja vapaaseen sivistystyöhön. Koulutus on opettajien kelpoisuusvaatimusasetuksessa mainittu ”opettajan pedagogiset opinnot”.
