The student

The student
- is able to apply the concepts of project management in different stages of the project
- is able to act in his / her own role as a member of a project team
- knows the importance of stakeholder cooperation as part of project management
- performs in his / her own role in the development of the organization's project activities and culture
- identifies the possibilities of project activities when implementing changes
- knows the importance of one's own project in the implementation and renewal of the organisation's strategy

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

The student
- is able to act responsibly as an expert member of the project team and as a project manager.
- knows the importance of stakeholder cooperation and is able to utilize it as part of project management
- actively plays his / her role in the development of the organization's project activities and culture
- utilize the possibilities of project activities in implementing changes
- knows and is able to describe the importance of his / her own project in the implementation and renewal of the organisation's strategy

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student
- is able to act responsibly as an expert member of the project team and as a project manager, developing the entire organization and its project culture
- is able to develop stakeholder cooperation as part of project management and activities
- actively participates in the development of the organisation's project activities and culture, taking into account the requirements and needs of the community and its own field
- is able to utilize in strategy-oriented way the potential of project activities when implementing changes or reforms
- is able to analyze and justify the importance of one's own project in the implementation and renewal of the organisation's strategy
