Objectives
This course deals with case management and deepens the student's competence related to that.
Student
• is able to apply the starting points and possibilities of case management, customer work practices in the social and health care service system.
• is able to assess the needs of services and support comprehensively together with the client
• is familiar with theoretical and practice-based research related to operator cooperation, multipro-fessionalism and multi-expertise and new network-like operating methods.
• is able to work as an expert in the social field in various multiprofessional working groups and net-works.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
The student is able to partly describe and name the starting points of case managementi, multipro-fessionalism and networking, and the environments for their implementation in the social field. The student knows the areas of case management and the significance of guidance and is aware of the process-like nature of case management.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
The student is able to apply the practices of client work in the social and health care service system and, together with the client, assesses the needs for services and support holistically. They are able to analyse the different structures and key backgrounds of networking, case management and mul-tiprofessionalism, utilising them from the customer's perspective.
The student understands and is able to examine the theoretical foundations and practical applications of case management, multiprofessionalism and networking in different social work environments.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student innovates and develops new services in a customer-oriented manner by working in multiprofessional networks. They know the background of case management and are able to apply different structures of case management, multiprofessionalism and networking from the client's perspective and in relation to different environments in the social field.
The student is able to critically evaluate the practical challenges of multiprofessionalism, case mana-gement and networking, and to develop the implementation of different forms of work from the perspectives of the client and social environments. The student utilises digital guidance in case ma-nagement.
